Our commitment to training is second to none. We don’t just say it, we do it! For this reason, we have created our own in-house training Academy
On-the-job training will form the basis of your development, as from day one you will be assigned a personal ‘buddy’ t kick-start your learning.
You will also enjoy specifically tailored in-house and outdoor seminars covering the company’s operation and developing your skills. We are continuously creating new in-house seminars specifically tailored to our employees and market needs. We currently offer over 10 fully structured in-house training seminars including seminars on technical knowledge and skill set development.
Add to this an array of external courses, and you will gain all of the skills you need to succeed. All employees are able to request attending any external training course that they believe will help them in their professional and career development.
